The breakfast was amazing, with many options available. The staff were nice and friendly. The wifi connection was stable. The value for money was good. The location was perfect for starting a trip to Monte Roraima. The pool area was pleasant in the evenings, with soups and a food menu available. The caipirinhas were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a refreshing pool, and the breakfast selection was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay here very enjoyable. Additionally, the location in the city center was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great location in the heart of the city and friendly staff willing to help with all our needs. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a lot of variety and fresh food. The rooftop pool and bar area was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable and there were some issues with the TV reception. the room was slightly outdated and could use some renovation to match the rest of the facilities.

Great location, delicious breakfast and helpful staff. the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. the breakfast was very yummy and there was plenty of variety to choose from. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide us with tips and recommendations for things to do in the area.

Extremely noisy and uncomfortable rooms. We could hear everything from the street and the hotel staff collecting the garbage at early hours.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with convenient access to government buildings and the White River. the rooms are well designed, with electric sockets readily available where needed, and the beds are comfortable. the breakfast includes a great variety of items, including made to order tapioca or eggs. the hotel has a pool to cool off in and a bar that serves delicious Caipirinhas and soups in the evening.

Some guests have commented on issues with cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms.
